Young Artist Weekend Workshop

Due to ongoing coronavirus concerns, we require all those participating in the Weekend Workshop to wear a mask while indoors, and provide a negative covid test taken within 72 hours of the start of the workshop (Saturday January 22, 2022). Given the range in ages in attendance, we highly recommend that you be fully vaccinated before attending the workshop as well.
For the seventh ChamberFest workshop, Music Beyond the Chamber collaborates with the community of Vero Beach to bring an annual weekend chamber music workshop for young artist and adult amateur chamber musicians.
Over the weekend, all student participants have the opportunity to study and play alongside professional chamber musicians on pre-selected chamber works, as well as attend interactive lectures, reading parties and faculty concerts.

Fees
Tuition
Tuition is $220 per person and includes all workshop activities and concerts, as well as entry to other activities during the week. Please see registration information for more details.
Limited need-based scholarships are available to Young Artist applicants. If you are applying for a need-based scholarship, please indicate on your registration form, and include a paragraph of 500 words or less that explains how the ability to attend ChamberFest would aid in your musical development. This can be done in the online registration form.

2:45-3:30pm: VBHS Orchestra Public Masterclass
4:30pm: Festival Artist Concert
Sunday January 23, 2022:
1-2pm: Ensemble Coaching #3
2-3:30pm: Weekend Workshop Chamber Music Masterclass (all ensembles participate)
